We will always aim to have your order sent within 14 working days of ordering, however this isn't always possible. Most items are in stock but as all of our products are handmade, we may need to make your order. In this case, please allow extra time! All orders will be dispatched within 4 weeks.
Our Postage & Returns
Most orders are despatched using Royal Mail 1st/2nd class, depending on the product, if you have chosen one of our heavier items, these will be sent via courier instead. Please leave details of a contact number in this case. Standard delivery is charged at £4.95. We offer an express service at £5.95 but please note that this only applies once your order is ready... it doesn't reduce the processing time!
Alternatively you may wish to visit us at our shop in Boroughbridge or a local market and collect your order, it would be great to meet you!
I need an item urgently! Can you help?
If your order is particularly urgent please email or contact us using the chat facility and we will do our best to speed up the order. It may be that we have certain items in stock and can despatch straight away!
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. At this stage we are unable to cover the cost of returns.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Damages & Delivery Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right, this must be done within 24 hours of receipt and photographs of any packaging must be included.
