Delivery & Returns
Most orders are despatched using Royal Mail 1st/2nd class, depending on the product, if you have chosen one of our heavier items, these will be sent via courier instead. Please leave details of a contact number in this case.
We will always aim to have your order sent within 14 working days of ordering, however this isn't always possible. Most items are in stock but as all of our products are handmade, we may need to make your order. In this case, please allow extra time! All orders will be dispatched within 4 weeks.
If your order is particularly urgent please email or contact us using the chat facility and we will do our best to speed up the order. Alternatively you may wish to visit us at our shop in Boroughbridge or a local market and collect your order, it would be great to meet you!
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. At this stage we are unable to cover the cost of returns.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right, this must be done within 24 hours of receipt.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Why does it take so long?
We are a very small team and we make all of our concrete items ourselves. There is a certain process for each and with that comes a set amount of time. If we rush your order then there is a much higher chance of breakage during transit. We pride oursleves on the quailty of our work and we ensure that everything is up to standard before dispatch.
I've chosen express delivery, what now?
Express delivery is only applied once your order is dispatched. The processing time is the same for all orders. If you need your order urgently or by a specific date for a gift then please get in touch before ordering and we will do our best to help.
Can I collect?
Yes! You are welcome to collect your order for free from our shop in Boroughbridge or find us at a local market or event.
